Excellent Service. Excellent job replacing a cracked laptop screen. Kept me up to date with calls - when they actually started diagnosis, with the estimate, when the parts came in, and again when it was ready for pickup. Very courteous. Elapsed time from drop off to pickup - 6 calendar days. Unlike the 'geeks' who were rude, arrogant, and lied about having called me with an estimate. The 'geeks' estimate was $356. The Nerds on Call bill was $197. Highly recommended!
